| Private Placement FSA Authorisation All non regulated firms, located within the UK and outside the UK, need regulated authorisation in order to raise funds, unless in the UK, you are a member of the said company looking to raise funds, or are covered, by an accoutant/lawyer in this capacity. SV can provide an FSA Authorisation and investment monitoring prior to during and up to the completion of any Private Placement which is taking place in the UK by a foreign entity. SV will carry out, a review of the Client's financial promotion material as this is defined under the FSA regulation in the UK. All documents will be approved prior to and during distribution, and will carry investment disclaimers to all potential investors. home
